An ‘unusual’ early fall storm stranded big rigs in the Sierra Nevada on Wednesday while unleashing gusty winds and snow in the mountains.
“Mammoth Mountain, CA received over a foot of snow today,” says RF the Weather Nut.
National Weather Service – Winter Storm Warning – Snowfall will range from 8 to 12 inches with local accumulations up to 18 inches.
