Colder right now than throughout almost all of history

And yet, our leaders keep on harping about global warming

Temperature and CO2 thru time

And CO2 levels were higher than today throughout almost all of history.

When you look at the above chart, you will see almost no correlation between atmospheric CO2 levels and temperature.

“The Late Carboniferous to Early Permian (315 mya — 270 mya) is the only time period in the last 600 million years when both atmospheric CO2 and temperatures were as low as they are today (Quaternary Period ).

“Compared to former geologic times, our present atmosphere, like the Late Carboniferous atmosphere, is CO2- impoverished!”

“There’s simply no way for AGW and this chart to both be true,” says Guy. “Anyone who says they can’t see the fundamental incompatibility is either lying or retarded.”

  1. There are the evil ones, making money off the AGW scam and then there are the useful idiots who are, in effect, retards.

  2. Cruise ship set to travel the Nthwest Passage 18 August according to the uktelegraph yesterday saying that it wss an Engish obsession during the 1800’s but many a failed (and some lost ) expeditions were attempted by the English as far back as the 1500’s with Francis Drake even trying it from the Western side turned back from the Bering Strait by bad weather in 1580.

  3. Thank you for the article once again proving the fallacy of AGW. The sad part today is that for many AGW Kool-Aid scientists the historical record began in the 1970’s with the advent of satellites. We are suppose to ignore those who disagree with AGW of the data records position in segments of the globe more prone to heat than cold. Or photographs of temperature recording devises positioned at the end of runways where Jets were taking off.

What happen to those scientists who went to the extreme locations for core samples and freezing their butts off while doing it all min the name of science. It appears many scientists today prefers sitting at a computer pulling up satellite data from the comfort of the office and call press conferences when today was two degrees warmer than just yesterday so they can call us all flat Earther’s and present their impressive data.

Thanks for offering the truth or at least alternative sources of information than we get from arm chair scientists today.

  4. The Late Carboniferous to Early Permian (315 mya — 270 mya) is the only time period in the last 600 million years when both the level of CO2 and the average mean global temperature were the similar to the current values. So the article states.

Perhaps someone should write and/or post something on the natural conditions for plants and animals just before, during and after the minimal CO2 and temperature readings with allowance of course for other differences from the current era then present.

Possibly a major blow can be struck at the global warming crowd with such a report.

  5. The article referred to in the link is heretical !

It claims man has NO influence over climate simply because modern man didn’t exist then !

It claims the hypothesis of continental drift – derided by the “scientific consensus” of the time when the hypothesis was proposed – is real !

It claims CO2 levels were 10 times or greater than at present !

It even references Milankovich Cycles and Precession of the Equinoxes !

I mean – come on – this is blasphemy of the highest order !

Off with their heads – or as our Prime Minister said in response to the IT failure over the Australian Census on-line debacle – “Heads will roll” (What a tool our PM is – he has the “born to rule” mentality endemic to his core – heads will role ?? Who even talks like that ??).

  6. The Netherlands:

Last night in Twenthe it cooled (at 10 cm height) to 0.0 degrees C. Something unique, because NEVER BEFORE did the temperature reach freezing point in this time of the year (july 20. – august 21.) somewhere in the country.

Meanwhile, we experienced probably the coldest August 11. with the lowest maximum temp EVER of 15.6C in De Bilt, reached sofar in the evening at 23.30h! It was around 14C-15C during the day: 6C lower than average. And raining all day…

  7. Your chart showing the Co2 levels in the Paleozoic era is the most excellent I have seen. I am assuming the high Co2 levels were the result of exhaust emissions from all the Flintmobiles of the Flintstones Era as there were no vehicle emissions controls like we have today – available at that time. Makes good non-sense to me.

May I also add? Many United Nations individuals have contacted me by phone this past week or so. Since the meat taxation exposure debacle. All in a chorus of worried voices begging me to get the correct message out to the world. So here it is!

  8. “either lying or retarded” ?

    THEY ARE [LYING] !!!

Fortunately there is a “place” waiting for “pathological” liars !

In fact, their names are imbedded above their cells just waiting for them to arrive !!

If there is any retardation (stupidity) here it’s that they think that they will escape, as if evolution really exists ?

    Now that is. “Stupid” ! ? !

  9. To me – it was always about this one chart…

For 15 years I fought the “Great Climate Hoax” and it really was about the fact of where we are today compared to previous climate periods…

    You can’t discount history.

  10. Do these idiot liberals understand this chart? They better look at it some day and get it thru their heads!
Of course to these retards, warm is cold and cold is hot!

  11. Well it may be that the North face will get a massive increase in Snow fall from this monster autuminal low passing over Northern England over this week end.
Big shock for me moving from 26 degree Greek weather into low teens and rain today in the UK.
Much warmer Spanish Plume expected for end of the working week, with a break down over the week end.
