    • Argentina has a similar climate to the US, and May is the equivalent of our November. So yes, kind of early, but not unprecedented. What’s striking is that we’ve got winter weather with snow accumulation simultaneously in the temperate zones in both the northern and southern hemispheres. AKA, late end to winter up here and early start to winter down there. This may indicate that the cooling is global rather than local.

  1. Just wanna buy the bloody book.
    No signing up
    No junk mail
    No 3rd party ads
    No spy ware
Forget it it…..google and greed killed the web.
    Not going to bother.

    • I’m assuming you want to purchase “Not by Fire but by Ice”? The signing-in part is just something that the store I’m using requires. I do not use it or further markketing (I don’t have time), and as far as I know there will be no junk mail, no ads, and no spy ware.

    • Ronnie,
Yes I have had the same thought about buying online, and buying from here.
However I decided to give it a try and I have bought from here (a couple of years ago). So far no junk mail – in fact the only email was confirming the orders and probable delivery dates, no ads (3rd party or anyone), and certainly no attempts from spyware.
So going on the evidence of one person (me), I would say it’s probably safer than most to buy from here.
