Manitoba – Blizzard conditions across much of the province

Visibilities less than 400 m (0.25 miles) still occurring in northern Manitoba.

Heavy snowfall with blizzard conditions brought power outages, extremely dangerous travel, many highway and school closures, flight delays, vehicle collisions and stranded drivers.
