Montana Snow for Labor Day – Winter weather advisory

That’s right. WINTER weather advisory.  On the 2nd day of September.

“Make sure to pack the cold weather camping gear for your holiday weekend!” says the National Weather Service. “We’re expecting SNOW in the mountains above 6,000 feet starting Sunday afternoon and continuing through Monday morning.”

“In fact, a Winter Weather Advisory has been issued for some areas (link below) … beginning at noon on Sunday and continuing through noon Monday!”

  1. Michael Mann of Pennsylvania University says the 1 ft of higher water levels is what is causing the excessive flooding, referring to a raise caused by Global Warming.

Mr. Man forgets the increase in the water s rise has slowed to 1/4 inches per year and in some ares is flat or lower. The 1/4 inch rise we see consistently now is 50% less than normal.
