Temperature will be below the norm by 12 degrees!
19 Feb 2019 – While today’s temperature in Moscow is 3 degrees higher than the average January temperature, that is about to change.
On Wednesday, February 21, the minimum temperature in Moscow will drop to -14 to -19°C. On Thursday, February 22, the temperature will drop to -18 to – 20°C.
The coldest day will be February 23, when the temperature will drop to -20 to – 25°C. The average daily temperature will be below the norm by 12 degrees!

It’s nice to see that like me, Joe Bastardi sees the evolution of Europe’s weather taking a massive cooling very soon. Or should that be a ‘Warming Hole’ in cAGW parlance.

Were there not some complaints in from French wine grape growers and Spanish vegetable grower about unseasonable weather recently? Hold-on it’s just about to get worse!
Yes that cold air will be heading over the UK next week from 26 Feb though the next 10 days.
