Tioga ND set record yesterday ( april 7th  )  for all time low for the date, says reader Don Wilkening.

Minus 9 F (-22.8C) is far, far, far below the average for the date of 28F (-2.2C).

  1. Record lows lots of places, and this is again, well below what was considered a frigid coldest ever superbowl next door, and this temp is well below that 2 months later! Probably also colder than Pyongchang Winter Olympics, even for athletes accustomed to cold.
