    SC20 on the rise to Solar Max
    The following stations set a daily minimum temperature record on November 12, 2017:

    @ The end of SC22 during solar minimum.
    Each record is far earlier in the year and during very low periods of EUV emissions from the Sun, which leads to Blocking weather systems and far more meridional Jet Stream. The Metrological winter starts on the 1st December. However, the UK winter started at the end of November 62, and produced the coldest UK winter for 200 years, on the decline during SC19 toward SC20
