Russia – Shiveluch volcano erupts

13 Sep 11 – Shiveluch volcano on Russia’s Kamchatka Peninsula has erupted, with ash rising to an altitude of 6 miles (10 km) above sea level, RIA Novosti news agency reported Tuesday.

During the eruption, a 100-ft-deep (30 meter) crevice formed on top of the volcano, and an earthquake that lasted seven minutes was also recorded.

The activities of the Shiveluch volcano, which rises some 10,800 feet (3283 meters) above sea level, have increased since 2009. The volcano first erupted in 1980.

  1. ANOTHER volcano erupts! All these vocanoes erupting can only spell disaster on a mega scale as earth’s magma rushes unchecked to the earth’s surface.

  2. A new correlation/theory.

    The original (and best?)
Rising temperature – there is no other obsevable explanation for rising temp except rising CO2.

    The New one

Rising Vulcanism – there is no other obsevable explanation for rising Vulcanism except rising CO2.
