Snow – Up to 20 inches for parts of New York

Winter storm warning in effect until 7 pm Wednesday.

Including the cities of Watertown and Lowville

Heavy snow and blowing snow expected. Travel will be very difficult. Total snow accumulations of 10 to 14 inches expected, with local amounts up to 20 inches on the Tug Hill.

Includes Jefferson and Lewis counties.

Winds gusting as high as 35 mph will cause areas of blowing and drifting snow.
