Two powerful winter storms moving across the U.S. today

The first is brought blizzard conditions to Kansas, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota and Minnesota, with many areas bracing for over a foot of snow.

The second, expected to continue through Saturday afternoon, is spreading heavy snow from southern Colorado through eastern Arizona, New Mexico and the Texas Panhandle.

  1. Hendricks family here. We are in a windchill of -15F in the New Mexico desert. All this global warming is bull. We are in the southern desert in arctic temperatures and 14inches of snow.

  2. Krakatoa’s cone is mostly gone now after the disaster. Who knows what actually happened or how high the ash went, it was nighttime and overcast.
